It’s cold and flu season! We are seeing regular cold viruses as well as RSV, Influenza, and COVID. We recommend good handwashing, covering your cough, wearing a mask if ill (and older than 2years). If your child becomes ill keep them home at least until fever (if present) resolves. Most symptoms will improve in a few days with rest and fluids. Call us if you have concerns.

We have COVID vaccines available for ages 6months-11years, and 12 years and older.

We have a very small stock of the new RSV antibody shot for newborns. We recommend that pregnant women receive the RSV vaccine from their providers.

For those with Regence Blue Cross Blue Shield Insurance, we will continue to see you despite the Regence and Providence negotiations. See our Notice regarding the potential changes for Regence members.
